2013 marks 30 years for me. With my birthday in June I have the last 6 months of my 20’s and the first 6 months of my 30’s all in one calendar year. So to end one decade and begin another with purpose I’ve chosen Light as my guide. This year will be lighter for me in many ways.
First, I have recently lightened my body by 30 lbs, so I’m off to a lighter start and plan to be even lighter in the year to come.
Second, lighten my home. It’s quite dark, so I am going to lighten it up, freshen up the colors, de-clutter, and make it more personal.
Third, En-Lighten my mind and spirit and that of my family right along with me.
